Upload a file
Choose a CSV or XLSX. The file is parsed locally, no data leaves your device.

Saved locally
Uploaded files are saved in this browser's localStorage. Use Save to rename or store the current edited state.

Color, filter, and inspect
Use metadata columns to color wells, filter samples, and inspect hover details across the full pipeline.
Expected columns: fermentation_plate, fermentation_well, LCMS_plate, LCMS_well, etc.
Any additional columns become metadata for coloring, filtering, and tooltips.
